There is no need for you to worry about your new factory: we’ll relieve you of that burden. Our technicians set up your system and work with you to test all the important processes.

If, despite all possible care, problems should nonetheless arise or if you have a detailed question, you can usually reach us immediately – or we will get back to you within 24 hours. We can guarantee this for normal workdays!
48h spare parts service
Even the best machines must wear out sometime. No problem for your workflow: As a manufacturer with a large order volume, we always have the most important spare parts in stock. We can generally supply anything a laser machine might need to have replaced within 48 hours!
Service for external brands
Our technicians even support you in repairing laser machines that you have not purchased from us – such as Trotec, Trumpf, Eurolaser or BRM. We can even assist you with our know-how with standard CNC machines.
Demonstrations and training
We will gladly welcome you to our presentation rooms to give you a live demonstration of the versatility and performance of modern laser systems. On request, we also offer training sessions for you and your employees. We look forward to your visit!
